Hicksville Spring and Brake was originally started 40 years ago, because of the high demand for stronger, longer lasting leaf springs on Heavy Duty Trucks, Tractors and Trailers.  Heavier loads of goods and longer hauling demands on Heavy Duty Trucks, Tractors and Trailers was rapidly growing through the years, which lead to major Leaf Spring failure.

Since then, in addition to Leaf and Air Spring work, the Business has evolved into a full, well established Service and Repair Shop.  Handling all Major Manufacturer's (Foreign and Domestic) of Heavy Duty Trucks keeping in mind D.O.T.'s requirements, from Individual Operators to Company Fleets, helping you get from Coast to Coast without a hitch.                                                          

Prior to our acquisition of Hicksville Spring and Brake in 2000, we owned and operated a Local Auto, Light Truck Repair and Maintenance Service Center since 1991 in Northport as well.  We slowly grew through the years with great customer service to individuals and families in the immediate and surrounding areas of Northport, servicing their vehicle needs.

As we were growing we have always sought after training and technological tools from Vehicle Manufacturer's to Aftermarket Products, staying ahead of the Technological curve, to get the job done right the first time with accuracy.

Today we combined both Business' (the old and the new) through Hicksville Spring and Brake, still with our original outlook of great Customer Service.  We are now your full Repair and Maintenance Shop servicing Long Island from our Northport location, taking care of your Auto, Light Truck, Heavy Duty Truck, Recreational Vehicle (RV) and Trailer needs.
